<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preparing a beverage, which can alter the concentration of the beverage and can perform not only convenient and quick operation, but also maintenance of the best quality and taste of the beverage, and to provide secondarily the apparatus for preparing the beverage of which the poured water flow contains hot water and/or cold water and altering the temperature and/or concentration of the beverage. <P>SOLUTION: Hot water being overheated and cold water of a set flow rate are mixed to be of an appropriate temperature and conveyed to a liquid delivery unit 20. When a rinsing and boiling solenoid valve 30 opens, the mixed water flow from the liquid delivery unit is delivered into a preparing vessel 21 of beverage components which is preliminarily disposed and the beverage components are prepared to be the beverage. When the rinsing and boiling solenoid valve is closed, the mixed water flow of the appropriate temperature is delivered into a hot water pouring tube 31 from the liquid delivery unit, and when a hot water pouring solenoid valve 60 opens, the mixed water flow of the appropriate temperature is added directly into the beverage. When both of the rinsing and boiling solenoid valve and the hot water pouring solenoid valve are closed, the hot water in a heat exchanger 11 is volatilized by heat, and the volatilized hot water passes through a liquid delivery unit pair, via a preheating circulation duct 33, and thereafter returns to the heat exchanger, thus forming preheating circulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
