<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproduction device which is capable of giving variation to the reproduction pattern of a file without requiring complicated operation. <P>SOLUTION: A reproduction device 1 detects identification information (the file classification mark of a voice file and/or leading two-digit numbers) from the file name of a file designated as an object to be reproduced and designates, on the basis of the detected identification information, a file to be reproduced next to a designated file, in accordance with whether the file name of the designated file meets a designation condition.
