PURPOSE: A method for fabricating staple fiber of high strength is provided to overcome temperature limit and to obtain staple fiber of high function. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating staple fiber of high strength comprises: a step of melt-spinning synthetic fiber through a spinneret to prepare undrawn yarn(13); a step of performing thermal treatment of the undrawn yarn at 100-200°C; a step of crimping by a crimper(30); and a step of cutting. An additive contains anti-oxidant, high speed spinning oil, and surfactant for micro-fiber in ratio of 1:1:1.25:1.
