<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of suppressing thermal deformation of a rotor used for fixing treatment and an image forming device equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device 14 comprises a first rotor 55 which can generate heat, a second rotor 44 for forming a nip part NP between the first rotor 55 and the second rotor 44, a third rotor 45 disposed inside the first rotor 55 and a heat generating source 54 for heating the first rotor 55. The third rotor 45 comprises a first layer 52 for pressurizing the first rotor 55 to the second rotor 44 at a position corresponding to the nip part NP so that the nip part is formed and a second layer 53 which is laminated on the first layer 52 and is contacted with the inner surface of the first rotor 55. The first layer 52 is formed of a material having a first linear expansion coefficient and a first Young's modulus. The second layer 53 is formed of a material having a second linear expansion coefficient and a second Young's modulus.
