The method involves lowering the charge level of memory device during electrical power availability of electric power supply network over period of time, by supplying the electric power to low level. The charge level of memory device is maintained to low level until the preset condition is satisfied. The charge level is raised by supplying electric power to high level, when preset condition is satisfied.
