<p>The method involves mounting a high-speed slicer with a cutting blade along the cutting plane (15), such that the cutting blade rotates about the central axis for simultaneously slicing the food products which are fed to the slicer. After cutting each food product, the incomplete sliced portions are detected. The incomplete sliced portions are cut in separate tracks by the slicer. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) slicer for simultaneously slicing multiple food products; and (2) transfer unit of slicer used for simultaneously slicing multiple food products.</p> |
