CONSTITUTION: A plurality of metal layers are separated from each other. A first insulation film(21) is formed around the upper sides of the plurality of the metal layers. A plurality of light emitting layers are arranged on one or more metal layers. A resin layer(61) surrounds the plurality of light emitting chips.
