PURPOSE: An actuator, an exhaust gas recirculation valve therewith, a variable turbine geometry device for a wastegate and a turbocharger are provided to change the rotation motion of a drive into the reciprocation motion of a valve member. CONSTITUTION: An actuator comprises a drive, one or more rotatable screw members(18), and one or more output members. The screw members have two or more areas having different pitches from each other. The rotary shaft of each screw member is inclined to the translation motion shaft of each output member.
