PURPOSE: A center pillar structure for a vehicle is provided to improve coupling strength by mounting the center pillar reinforce and enhancing strength and weight reduction by using an ultra high strength steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A center pillar structure for a vehicle comprises an upper center pillar reinforce(100), a lower center pillar reinforce(200), and a door hinge mounting(300). The upper center pillar reinforce is installed in a door side of a vehicle body to secure stiffness in lateral collision of vehicles. The lower center pillar reinforce is installed under the upper center pillar reinforce. The door hinge mounting couples the upper center pillar reinforce and the lower center pillar reinforce.
