PURPOSE: A device for restoring a crystal-oriented carrier wave is provided to swiftly catch the carrier wave by using OL(Open Loop) structure, and to efficiently chase the carrier wave by eliminating an input signal having a Gaussian noise through pre-filtering. CONSTITUTION: A device for restoring a crystal-oriented carrier wave, in an application system of wireless data communication including a communication satellite using a TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) method comprises: a first multiplier for multiplying a second conjugate complex number and an input signal; a first conjugate complex number generator for generating a first conjugate complex number, by receiving an output signal of the first multiplier; a first filtering device for compensating a frequency offset of the input signal, by filtering the output signal of the first multiplier; a phase offset detector for detecting the phase offset of the input signal; a second filtering device for compensating the phase offset of the input signal, by filtering the output signal of the first filtering device by using the detected value of the phase offset; a complex number decider for deciding a complex number which is appropriate for the output signal value of the second filtering device; and a second conjugate complex number generator for outputting the second conjugate complex number by receiving the complex number.
