PURPOSE: A data communication method and an apparatus thereof in a wireless communication system are provided to perform direct communication based on an exclusive channel in order for a terminal to configure a cluster. CONSTITUTION: A source terminal transmits a Hello_Message to a cluster header(202). The cluster header writes a neighbor cluster member list(204). The cluster header performs scheduling based on target terminal information and QoS parameter after receiving a Send_REQ message(210). The cluster header transmits scheduling information through a MAP(214). The source terminal transmits data to a target terminal by using assigned resources(216).
