PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve functionality in the use of a mouse or in the nonuse by providing each kind of display function in addition to the placing function of the mouse. SOLUTION: A shallow plate-shaped recessed part 3 is formed at the center of a base plate 2, and a calendar 4 or the like can be housed in this recessed part 3. Also, a light-transmissive sheet 6 is formed so as to be freely openable/ closable on the upper face of the base plate 2. Thus, a displayed object can be easily exchanged, and convenience and space using efficiency can be improved, and this mouse pad can be used in a long term without generating weariness.
