PURPOSE: A nail art apparatus capable of automatically printing patterns on fingernails of a user, and a pattern adjusting method thereof are provided to enable users to accurately print the patterns on the finger nails using a printer head. CONSTITUTION: A nail art apparatus includes a printer frame(31) with a printer head, a printer head moving unit(35), a printer frame moving unit(54), a saving unit, a displaying unit in a touch panel type, and a controller. The printer head moving unit moves the printer head to the left and right directions. The printer frame moving unit moves the printer frame to the forward and backward directions. The saving unit is for saving plural patterns to be printed to fingernails. The displaying unit includes a pattern selection button and an adjusting button for adjusting patterns.
