PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate an article storage tool at high speed without disturbing stored articles. SOLUTION: In this turning rack 1 rotating a plurality of article storage tools 12 attached to an endless rotary body 14 along a horizontal circulation path, the endless rotary body 14 is attached to upper and lower guide rollers 142, a revolution path of the endless rotary body 14 is regulated by two upper and lower arced guides 15, the upper guide 15 is provided at a height contacting the upper guide roller 142, and the lower guide 15 is provided at a height contacting the lower guide roller 142. In such a case, an attachment interval of the guide rollers 142 along the circulation path is larger tan a width size of the article storage tools 12.
