PURPOSE: Pickled and stuffed lotus roots, and a producing method thereof are provided to fill plural holes on lotus roots with various food ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pickled and stuffed lotus roots comprises the following steps: washing the surface of fresh lotus roots(1), and peeling; cutting both nodes from both ends of the lotus roots for exposing holes(2); washing the holes with water; dipping the lotus roots in vinegar water containing 10-55cc of vinegar per 1L of water; and inserting seasoned stuffing materials(3) obtained by various food ingredients into the holes of the lotus roots. |
