PURPOSE: An elastic floor material is provided to secure a shock-absorbing function and to prevent accidents of infant, children, old and feeble persons, and disabled persons. CONSTITUTION: An elastic floor material is made from a composite sheet composed of upper and lower sheets. A plurality of projections or recesses are formed on the top surface of the upper sheet. The lower sheet is attached to the upper sheet. A plurality of grooves, repeated in a grid shape, are formed on the bottom surface of the lower sheet.
