FIELD: gas and oil production industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for mixing powdery material and the solutions tempering liquid and can be applied to the gas and oil producing industry for preparation of the borehole flushing and cementing slurry solutions and other industries for mixing of multiphase flows; the jet blender consists of the receiving chamber (4), the working header (5), the mixing chamber (1), the suction pipe (3); the inside diameter of the mixing chamber counts to 45 of the inside diameters of the outlet section of the working header, the mixing chamber length counts to 2035 of its diameters and the distance Z from the outlet section of the working header to the inlet section of the mixing chamber counts to 26 of the diameters of the mixing chamber. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to increase the density of the aerosol flow on the mixer suction line and provide the sufficient degree of dispergation of the prepared solution and reduce the time of the working mixture preparation. ^ 1 dwg, 3 dwg |
