FIELD: mechanical engineering industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention designated for milling grains and other plant products; the gringing mill installment comprises the bed frame, two eddy rollers, disc located between the eddy rollers, eddy rollers drive and the mechanism of loading and unloading; the pockets of the sidewall surfaces of the disc made in the shape of a sheave accommodate mounted therein the sets of dismountable plates; the external surfaces of the plates have a different degree of undulation forming the acting surface of the disc; the disc shaft is connected to the eddy rollers by means of pairs of the bevel wheels positioned to be rotated on the axis made in the shape of lever; one end of each lever is fixed on the oscillation pin mounted on the bed frame and other ends of the levers are connected with sliding blocks mounted on the runner slides; the runner slides are spring-pressed and mounted to be shifted relatively the rods pivotally connected to the ends of the double-arm levers; the other ends of these levers pivotally connected to the adjusting nut, the actuator screw of the nut is fixe on the immovable support mounted on the bed frame. ^ EFFECT: reduction of the products grinding operation ratio and consumption of specific quantity of metal per the structure of the grinding mill installment. ^ 1 dwg, 2 dwg |
