PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump and a disassembling method of pump shaft water- sealing part capable of easily assembling/breaking down a pump water-sealing part mounted to a pump shaft even without removing an impeller. SOLUTION: A hub 3 of an impeller 1 is divided to a part 3-2 fixed to the impeller 1 side and a part 3-1 fixed to a pump shaft 2 side. The hub 3-1 fixed to the pump shaft 2 side and a shaft end fitting 41 are only removed in the state that the impeller 1 is fixed to an own position by a fixing means separately prepared. A maintenance of a mechanical seal (pump water-sealing part) 15 at a pump shaft 2 end exposed is carried out. Thereafter, the hub 31 and the shaft end fitting 41 are only mounted again. Therefore, since it is not necessary that the impeller 1 is removed to another place, the maintenance of the mechanical seal 15 can be easily carried out.
