PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a long cycle of steps required for a conventional tunnel lining concrete constructing method, i.e., to shorten a long construction period for carrying out excavated surface protective processing, form assembling, timbering, and concrete placement, then ensuring a concrete curing period, and removing timbering forms in order to finish excavated ground portion at every excavation, and further starting the next cycle of steps. SOLUTION: A number of lining concrete blocks having arbitrary lengths are produced and placed outside the construction site beforehand, and they are carried into the construction site as needed. Each concrete block is passed in an internal space of a portion where the concrete block has been installed, and then installed at a next location by folding the concrete block concerned. According to this method, a concrete curing period is dispensed with, and therefore concrete construction work can be sequentially carried out.
