PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize residual materials more effectively as compared with the case when building materials are allocated to each house. SOLUTION: The CAD data for precutting the building materials for each house to be built are stored, and the CAD data for a plurality of houses are integrated. The building materials of the same type are sequenced in the order of the material length, and they are allocated to the materials registered in a stockyard on a computer in the order from the longer material length. The remaining residual materials are additionally registered in the stockyard together with the materials of the standard material lengths. The material lengths of the building materials to be allocated are compared with the material lengths of the residual materials registered in the stockyard, and the residual materials are preferentially used for allocation. When the building materials cannot be allocated to the residual materials, they are allocated to the materials of the standard material lengths registered in the stockyard.
