FIELD: paint application devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint application devices in particular for painting long-length details such as automobile bumpers, side members or details of aircrafts and wind-driven generating equipment; the paint application cabin has two tiers placed one over the other; in the lower tier of operation the personnel can operate the paint application device; in the upper tier of maintenance the operating personnel can execute the technical servicing of the paint application device; the transportation path of the elements to be painted is located in the lower operation tier; the technological path with robot for paint application is located in the upper tier of maintenance; apart from that the invention relates to the method of the above device operation. ^ EFFECT: enhancement of the efficiency of paint application and reduction of the quantity of the applied paint. ^ 26 cl, 6 dwg |
