PURPOSE: A fuel cell separating board and a processing method thereof are provided to increase a surface area and keep surface strength of the fuel cell separating board, thereby improving current collecting efficiency of the fuel cell separating board. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a fuel cell separating board includes an electro spark machining which is for increasing contact area between the fuel cell separating board and an electrode assembly. Therefore, a processing method of the fuel cell separating board comprises the following steps: a step of forming(S10) which is a laser irradiation on the fuel cell separating board to form a plurality of grooves on a surface of the fuel cell separating board and a step of machining electro spark(S20) for the fuel cell separating board.
