PURPOSE: A vehicle auction system based on the lowest-price auction and a method thereof are provided to easily purchase a vehicle which a user desires through the lowest-price auction. CONSTITUTION: A membership unit(21) inputs member joining information. A lowest-price auction unit(22) selects a lowest-price auction member and stores the selected member. A refund unit(23) refunds money if high-priced money by auction is checked. A point converting unit(24) converts bid into point.
