PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a lighting system including the same are provided to arrange an optical member which includes an optical sheet and a light guide plate on a light emitting module, thereby concentrating incident light to a display region. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of metal layers(11,13) which is separated from each other is arranged on the substrate. A first insulating film(21) is arranged on the upper perimeter of the metal layers. A light emitting chip(45) is arranged on the plurality of metal layers. The light emitting chip is connected to a second metal layer through a wire(53). A spacer(18) of an insulating material is arranged on a region(17) between a first metal layer and the second metal layer. A resin layer(63) is formed into a convex lens shape inside of the insulating material. |
