<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point system for booking in advance an exchange to a privilege by using points and for, if the points have not been exchanged for the privilege, allowing the points to be used again. <P>SOLUTION: A point management device 1 gives points to a user browsing from the user's terminal 2 advertisements delivered from the point management device 1. Points are given on the basis of every advertiser whose advertisements have been browsed. The user accesses the point management device 1 from the user's terminal 2 in advance, specifies an advertiser and a store thereof to use a coupon, and books an exchange to the coupon. A store terminal 3 installed at a store communicates, by using a user ID read from the user's terminal 2 that is a mobile phone, with the point management device 1 to confirm an issuance of the coupon and issues the coupon. Meanwhile, when a time limit for an exchange to the coupon has expired, the point management device 1 cancels a booking of the exchange and allows the points used at the time of the booking of the exchange to be used again for an exchange to another privilege. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
