<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin cup vessel effectively controlling crack generation due to an impact force at the time of a drop or buckling deformation at the time of vessel loading by a shape of a circumferential wall, the crack being generated with an area in the vicinity of a recessed corner part as a base point along with wall thinning of the cup vessel by injection molding. <P>SOLUTION: The synthetic resin cup vessel has a flange 7 circumferentially provided in an outer flange shape at the upper opening end by injection molding. In the circumferential wall forming the cup vessel, regarding the recessed corner area Rc2 which is formed in a flexible portion or a portion where the wall thickness changes stepwise and in which the wall surfaces are connected to each other at an angle of less than 180 degrees via the recessed corner part 11, at least one wall surface of a pair of the wall surfaces facing each other via the recessed corner part has a wall thickness-gradually increasing area Rta in the vicinity of the recessed corner part where the wall thickness of the circumferential wall on one wall surface side gradually increases to the recessed corner part so as to chamfer the recessed corner part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
