<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator which reduces abnormal sound, thereby improving operability. <P>SOLUTION: A window regulator 1 comprises a movable rail 4 having a window glass 3, a slider 5 that slides on the movable rail 4, a lift arm 6 that moves the slider 5 along the movable rail 4 and lifts and lowers the movable rail 4, a sub-arm 7 that is assembled into the lift arm 6, and a fixed rail 8 that restricts motion of the sub-arm 7.
