<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cooling device in which a cooling position and time are easy to adjust, and further, which can be made small in size. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary cooling device includes: a rotary shaft part 61c rotatively driven: a rotary table 61 supported to the rotary shaft part 61c and rotatable together with the rotary shaft part 61c; a plurality of receiving parts 61h provided at the rotary table 61 and supporting a plurality of workpieces W, respectively; cooling tools 62 provided every close positions of the plurality of receiving parts 61h in the rotary table 61 and spraying a cooling liquid to the workpieces W supported to the receiving parts 61h; a plurality of feed paths 614, 615, 616 capable of feeding the cooling liquid every plurality of cooling tools 62; and a plurality of on-off valves 611b, 612b, 613b provided so as to be on-off controllable for every plurality of feed paths 614, 615, 616. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
