<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller, in which a charge-up phenomenon on a surface of the developing roller by a bias applied to a member in the periphery of the developing roller is suppressed by increasing conductivity in a low voltage region, thereby, image failure such as generation of fog or irregular density due to a charge-up phenomenon is suppressed and probability of leakage or the like is eliminated by suppressing conductivity in a high voltage region, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus capable of giving high-quality images from an initial stage of image formation for a long period of time by using the developing roller of the present invention. <P>SOLUTION: The developing roller comprises a conductive axial core body and at least one layer of a conductive resin layer around the body, in which a conductive fine particle layer having a thickness of 5 μm or more and 40 μm or less, comprising conductive fine particles, is provided between the conductive resin layer and the axial core body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
