A 2-Iodoimidazole derivative of formula (I) in which X represents OR1, Y represents O, S, SO2, —CH2— or a direct bond, m represents 0 or 1, n represents 0 or 1, R represents in each case optionally branched C3-C7-alkyl, C1-C8-haloalkyl, C2-C7-alkenyl, C2-C7-haloalkenyl, C2-C7-alkynyl, C2-C7-haloalkynyl, C1-C4-alkoxy-C1-C3-alkyl, C1-C4-haloalkoxy-C1-C3-alkyl, tri(C1-C3-alkyl)silyl-C1-C3-alkyl, in each case optionally halogen-, C1-C4-alkyl-, C1-C4-haloalkyl-, C1-C4-alkoxy-, C1-C4-haloalkoxy-, C1-C4-haloalkylthio-, C1-C4-alkylthio- or phenoxy-substituted (where phenoxy may in turn be substituted by halogen or C1-C4-alkyl) C3-C7-cycloalkyl or C3-C7-cycloalkyl-C1-C3-alkyl where any substitution is on the cycloalkyl moiety, and optionally mono- to tri-halogen- or —C1-C4-alkyl-substituted phenyl, R1 represents hydrogen, (C1-C3-alkyl)carbonyl, (C1-C3-haloalkyl)carbonyl or tri(C1-C3-alkyl)silyl, R2 represents hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-haloalkyl, R3 represents hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-haloalkyl, R2 and R3 together may furthermore represent straight-chain or branched and optionally halogen substituted C2-C5-alkylene, R and R2 together may furthermore represent straight-chain or branched and optionally halogen- or C1-C4-alkyl-substituted C2-C5-alkylene, R and R1 together may furthermore represent optionally fluorine-, chlorine-, bromine-, C1-C4-alkyl- or C1-C4-haloalkyl-substituted —(CH2)3—, —CH2O—, —(CH2)2O—, —(CH2)3O—, where the oxygen of this group is in each case attached to R, such that an optionally substituted tetrahydrofuran-2-yl, 1,3-dioxetan-2-yl, 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl or 1,3-dioxan-2-yl ring is formed, R1 and R2 may furthermore represent a direct bond if n represents 1, Y and R3 together may furthermore form a double bond if m and n both represent 1, A represents unsubstituted or mono- to tri-Z1-substituted phenyl, where Z1 represents halogen, cyano, nitro, OH, SH, C(alkyl)(=NOalkyl), C3-C7-cycloalkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl-C1-C2-alkyl, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-haloalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, C1-C4-haloalkoxy, C1-C4-alkylthio, C1-C4-haloalkylthio, C2-C4-alkenyl, C2-C4-haloalkenyl, C2-C4-alkynyl, C2-C4-haloalkynyl, C1-C4-alkylsulphinyl, C1-C4-haloalkylsulphinyl, C1-C4-alkylsulphonyl, C1-C4-haloalkylsulphonyl, C1-C4-alkylsulphonyloxy, formyl, C2-C5-alkylcarbonyl, C2-C5-haloalkylcarbonyl, C2-C5-alkoxycarbonyl, C2-C5-haloalkoxycarbonyl, C3-C6-alkenyloxy, C3-C6-alkynyloxy, C2-C5-alkylcarbonyloxy, C2-C5-haloalkylcarbonyloxy, trialkylsilyl, or represents in each case optionally halogen-, C1-C4-alkyl-, C1-C4-haloalkyl-, C1-C4-alkoxy- or C2-C4-alkylcarbonyl-monosubstituted phenyl, phenoxy or phenylthio, or A represents in each case mono- or poly-Z2-substituted five- or six-membered heteroaryl selected from furyl, thienyl, pyrrolyl, pyrazolyl, imidazolyl, oxazolyl, thiazolyl, isoxazolyl, isothiazolyl, triazolyl, tetrazolyl, oxadiazolyl, thiadiazolyl, pyridinyl, pyridazinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl and triazinyl, where Z2 represents halogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkylthio, C1-C4-alkoxy, C1-C4-haloalkyl, C1-C4-halothioalkyl, C1-C4-haloalkoxy, C3-C7-cycloalkyl, in each case optionally halogen- or C1-C4-alkyl-substituted phenyl, phenoxy or phenylthio, or an agrochemically active salt thereof. |
