PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twister belt on both the sides of which reinforcing layer woven fabrics are disposed, respectively, to enhance the partial flexural rigidity of the reinforcing layer, thereby not allowing the surface of the yarn contact side of the belt to curve in a concave shape, when the belt is molded and vulcanized, and permitting to concentrate a contact pressure on a yarn, when the yarn is nipped with the belt and another belt. SOLUTION: This twister belt 1 comprising a surface rubber layer 2 for contacting with a yarn and a reinforcing layer 3 laminated to the surface rubber layer 2 is characterized by having a surface rubber layer hardness of 70 to 80 on JIS A scale, embedding core cords 4 in the reinforcing layer 3, disposing a woven fabric 5 on the surface side of the reinforcing layer 3, and disposing a woven fabric 6 between the reinforcing layer 3 and the surface rubber layer 2.
