A car seat head rest, which is adapted for mounting on a car seat having two spaced apart retention slots, includes a head pillow, a display screen supported at a rear side of the head pillow, two sliding panels supported in the head pillow in a slidably movable manner, two supporting arms downwardly and parallelly extended from the sliding panels respectively to define an engaging distance, a driving gear defining a teething circumferential edge engaging with teething edges of the sliding panels, and an adjuster rotatably provided at the head pillow. When the adjuster is rotatably actuated, the driving gear is driven to rotate, such that the sliding panels are correspondingly slid with each other in a synchronized manner to selectively adjust the engaging distance between the supporting arms. |
