摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satisfactory video for preventing the deterioration of picture quality due to a radiation noise in the case of performing inspection by using an optical camera in an environment where the quantity of radiation is large. <P>SOLUTION: This visual inspection device is provided with: image pickup means having an optical camera; video acquisition means for fetching a video obtained by photographing an inspection object by the image pickup means, that is, a video including a signal (noise) which is almost independent of each frame of the video; local alignment means for locally performing alignment to a plurality of frames whose phases are different in the case of configuring the video fetched by the video acquisition means; frame composition means for performing frame composition to a plurality of frames whose alignment has been performed by the local alignment means to generate a composite frame whose SN ratio is higher than that of the frame before frame alignment; and video output means for displaying or recording the video configured of the composite frame generated by the frame composition means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
