PURPOSE: Provided is a portable thermo-device which generates frequency and waveform of an electronic needle for treatment such as a high frequency, a low frequency, a negative potential medical instrument or so on from an acupressure ball so that it maximizes convenience and treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: The portable thermo-device to generate frequency and wave form for treatment comprises the parts of: a body(10) wherein multiple acupressure balls(15) are projected upwardly; a sensor(500) in an electronic needle which generates frequency and waveform of the electronic needle in the lower part of the acupressure ball; a control part(600, 900) in the electronic needle which sets strength of the electronic needle, treatment frequency and wave form in the diseased part; a control display part in the electronic needle(610, 910); a temperature sensor(30) which senses temperature of the acupressure ball; a temperature setting part which sets temperature of the acupressure ball; a temperature display part which displays the set temperature; a controller which controls voltage permitted to a heating lamp to concur temperature sensed in the temperature sensor with temperature set in the temperature setting part and controls strength of the electronic needle, treatment frequency and wave form to generate through the sensor; and an operational switch(SW) which directs to operate the controller.
