PURPOSE: A railroad image monitoring system and a method thereof are provided to monitor a railroad image in a situation room system, thereby precisely detecting railroad malfunction and dangerous articles on a railroad. CONSTITUTION: An image recording part(110) records a railroad(2) image. A railroad communication part(150) transmits a railroad image and railroad system information to a train system. A railroad controller(140) controls the operation of the railroad communication part and the image recording part. The railroad controller transmits the railroad image recorded through the image recording part to the train system. A railroad database part(170) stores the railroad image by being connected to the railroad controller. |
