<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teller terminal, identification method and identification system. <P>SOLUTION: The teller terminal includes a reading unit that reads a personal certificate of a customer, and an identification unit that compares the content of the personal certificate read by the reading unit with the content of a registered personal certificate of the customer.
