<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic capacitor capable of suitably reducing the level of vibration sound (noise) generated in a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A ceramic capacitor comprises: a ceramic capacitor element 11 having external electrodes 22; and connection terminals 12 connecting substrate electrodes 14 of a circuit board 13 to the respective external electrodes 22. The connection terminals 12 each have coil springs 25 with one end connected to the external electrode 22 side and the other end connected to the circuit board 13 side.
