A wheel bearing with a sensor is provided which can switch calculation methods corresponding to a vehicle speed, can improve the accuracy of an estimation of a load applied to a wheel, has a simple structure without the installation of additional sensors, and is designed to be compact, have a simplified structure, and be more reliable. A sensor unit (20) is provided in a fixed-side member from among an outer member (1) and an inner member (2) of a wheel bearing. A load estimation means (30) is provided for estimating a load on the basis of sensor output signals from the sensor unit (20). The load estimation means (30) is provided with: a rotational speed region determination unit (32) for determining a rotational speed region of a wheel from the sum of the amplitudes of the sensor output signals; a load estimation calculation unit (35) for calculating and estimating the load by applying each sensor output signal to an estimation calculation formula; and a parameter switching unit (34a) for switching the parameters of an inference calculation formula in response to the rotational speed region determined.
