<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove which uses steam as a heat source for achieving general cooking style and high thermal efficiency, and has a very good appearance and excellent cleaning properties. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking stove includes: a steam supply space for supplying steam to the lower part of an object to be heated 30; a top plate 24a disposed on a lower face of the steam supply space; a steam nozzle 26 provided in the top plate 24a for injecting steam; a steam supply means 28, 37 supplying steam to the steam supply space through the steam nozzle 26; and a first condensed water discharge path 25 for discharging condensed water produced in the steam supply space to the outside of the steam supply space.
