FIELD: separation of highly dispersing substances with magnetic paramagnetic properties present in water medium, radioactive elements particles in particular. SUBSTANCE: apparatus allows to extract particles of size less than 10 mcm and with minimum concentration of water in magnetic concentrate. The aim is realized due to the fact, that the apparatus has rotating drum with located inside it fixed magnetic system, separated particles collector, branch pipes for pulp feeding and separated components carrying off. In the case outer surface of drum is made ferromagnetic and has ribs and is surrounded with housing of ferromagnetic material and mounted opposite magnetic system. Upper part of housing is connected with branch pipe of pulp feeding and lower part - with branch pipe of liquid removal. Liquid flow turbolizer is located on housing surface facing drum. Free clearance between ribs and closest surface of turbolizer is no more than 3 heights of rib. Opposite to magnetic system side of drum has collector of separated particles composed of rotating brush and collector capacity. EFFECT: separator allows to extract particles, dimensions of which are less than 10 mcm with minimum water concentration in magnetic concentrate. 3 dwg |
