<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface plate correcting grinding wheel having durability superior to a metal surface plate correcting carrier or tool. <P>SOLUTION: This isocyanurate-containing polyurethane forming composition for surface plate correcting grinding wheel material is provided for obtaining a polyurethane resin having a D-hardness of 60-90 degrees, specified by JISK6253 to be used for the surface plate correcting grinding wheel material, and includes MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate)-based organic isocyanate (A), polyol (B), and a trimerization catalyst (C). The polyol (B) is obtained by blending polytetramethyleneetherglycol (B1) and polybutadienepolyol (B2) at a weight ratio of 97.0/3.0-99.8/0.2, and isocyanate groups in excess of 2.3-3.6 mmol/g are blended at the blend ratio of the MDI-based organic isocyanate (A) to the polyol (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
