<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract three-dimensional coordinates of a linear part in an analyte. <P>SOLUTION: A method for extracting the three-dimensional coordinates of the linear part in the analyte includes: a step for obtaining a plurality of tomographic images intersecting with a predetermined direction of the analyte; a step for specifying a first configuration point corresponding to a cross section of the linear part in the analyte on a first tomographic image out of the plurality of tomographic images and obtaining three-dimensional coordinates of the first configuration point; a step for specifying a second configuration point corresponding to the cross section of the linear part in the analyte on a second tomographic image adjacent to the first tomographic image in the predetermined direction and obtaining three-dimensional coordinates of the second configuration point; and a step for specifying a vector connecting the first configuration point specified in the first tomographic image to the second configuration point specified in the second tomographic image as a vector of the linear part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
