PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of requiring enormous work and time by re- searching information from the beginning for restoring the cleared information after clearing the information stored and held as an array variable and a variable of an automatic searching program at search interrupting time. SOLUTION: Every time when completing storing respective record information, work is repeated for storing and preserving a new search result summary made by synthesizing, editing and substituting storage preservation state information such as a counter of a record and taking-out information such as a bibliographic item stored and held as the array variable and the variable, as an HTML sentence.
