<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a maintenance-free track from ground subsidence without excavation or backfill of ballast. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance-free track is lifted to form a void, and the void is filled with a pouring material. Lifting the maintenance-free track comprises 1) installing a plurality of bolts in a filled layer through a tie, 2) installing a plurality of supports on each side of the maintenance-free track, 3) supporting a reaction frame with the supports above the track, 4) mounting pulling parts each coupled to the bolt to pull up the maintenance-free track on the reaction frame, 5) exerting pulling forces on the pulling parts, and 6) undergoing the reaction against the pulling forces with the supports through the reaction frame to pull up the maintenance-free track. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
