<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce malfunctions of a landing detection means of an elevator. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator includes: a car 20 moving up and down within an elevator shaft 10; the landing detection means for detecting the landing of the car 20; and a pair of brushes 50 for cleaning the landing detection means. The landing detection means includes a photoelectric device 30 and a reflector 40. The photoelectric device 30 is fixed to the car 20, and includes a projection unit and a light receiving unit. The reflector 40 is fixed to the elevator shaft 10, and reflects the light projected from the projection unit toward the light receiving unit when the car 20 is landed on a floor surface. The pair of brushes 50 is fixed on the car 20 so as to be located above and below the photoelectric device 30, and contacts the reflector 40 according to the upward and downward movement of the car 20 to clean the reflector 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
