PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration as a whole without damaging elegance while suppressing lottery ticket pieces piling/accumulation by utilizing rotational flow due to the use of an axial-flow fan as a blasting means of a lottery machine by wind force and providing an extraction opening for lottery ticket pieces adjacently to an air vent of an upper cover body. SOLUTION: This lottery machine by wind force is provided with the cover body having the air vent, a hollow container having a bottom opening where at least a part of the bottom opening has internal transparency and which forms an air intake and an upper opening holding the cover body, the blasting means for agitating air inside the hollow container and many light lottery ticket pieces housed in the hollow container. The blasting means is the axial-flow fan provided at the bottom opening of the hollow container, the extraction opening for the lottery ticket pieces is formed adjacently to the air vent of the cover body, the air vent is formed as a plurality of small holes arranged in an arc shape or in a wire netting shape, and in the extraction opening for the lottery ticket pieces, in either case, the area of an opening part related to lottery ticket pieces extraction is formed so as to be smaller than the opening area of the air vent provided around the extraction opening for the lottery ticket pieces.
