<p>Provided is a low-cost surveying device for a pipe-jacking method, which can stably survey even tunnel paths wherein a tunneling machine (205) is made to advance in a curved line. The surveying device (1), used in the pipe-jacking method whereby an inner pipe (8) with a space that penetrates in a shaft direction is inserted inside an underground pipe and propulsion force is applied to the tunneling machine (205) by a bottom thrust jack installed in a starting shaft to lay the underground pipe inside the ground being tunneled and form a pipeline, comprises: a driving trolley that self-propels through the space that penetrates the inner pipe (8); a measurement gyroscope trolley (76) that is linked to the driving trolley and travels along a rail (12) installed in the shaft direction of the inner pipe (8) space; a driving trolley housing pipe (2) that houses the driving trolley (71) and is positioned in the starting shaft direction; a station pipe (5) that becomes the survey end point for the measurement gyroscope trolley (76); and a launcher that sets the survey start point in the starting shaft for the measurement gyroscope trolley (76).</p>
