<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast recording apparatus and broadcast recording method capable of video-recording a content by using a priority level based on a difference in video and sound analysis functions of each one of video-recorders. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcast recording apparatus has video reception analysis parts at least one or more of which have analysis processing performance different from those of the others. The broadcast recording apparatus includes: a control part for determining priority levels of multiple contents to be video-recorded when the contents are video-recorded; and a video storage part for video-recording the multiple contents. The control part determines the priority level of the video reception analysis part capable of performing user's favorite analysis processing, assigns the video reception analysis part with the higher priority level of the video reception analysis part when vide-recording the content with the higher priority level between the contents, and allows the video storage part to video-record the content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
