<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the tissue separation efficiency by converting a plurality of sequences to a histogram space so that tissue is efficiently extracted using an image. <P>SOLUTION: This tissue extraction system 10 configured to extract tissue of a subject using an image, includes: an imaging unit 11 for arranging coordinate axes to capture a plurality of sequences; a conversion unit 12 for converting the plurality of sequences captured by the imaging unit 11 to the histogram space in which the sequences enter on the coordinate axes; and an extract unit 13 for extracting tissue of the subject from the distribution of the histogram produced by the converting unit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
